Membership

If you are not yet registered in the Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning, you must do so before importing/putting electrical and electronic equipment on the market for the first time in the Republic of North Macedonia.

The registration for a producer is done at the Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning by submitting the following documents:
• Completed request for producer registration in the Register of producers for extended producer responsibility;
• Copy of current state;
• Copy of receipt for paid administrative fee
• Agreement with a collective scheme

The producer has an obligation to register electronically on a separate website in accordance with the Regulation on the form and content of the request for registration of the producer, the form and content of the request for deletion from the register of producers with extended producer responsibility, the form and content of the register of producers with extended producer responsibility, the method of keeping and maintaining the register, as well as the form and content of the certificate of registration and the certificate of petition of the producer in the register of producers with extended producer responsibility („Official Journal of RNM“ no. 58/22).
