• The end user is obliged to return the waste equipment to the trader, hand it over to a collector at a collection center or at another place for collection and collection, determined at the local or regional level;
• The end user is obliged to hand over the waste equipment that is not household waste equipment to the producer or to a legal entity that has appropriate permit;
• Before handing over the waste equipment, the end user is obliged to collect and store it separately so that it is not mixed with other types of waste and that it is not broken down or otherwise destroyed or polluted with dangerous or other substances, while its reuse or processing would be impossible;
• Household waste equipment that is so damaged that the hazardous substances contained in it, endanger or could endanger the environment and human health, i.e. it is left without the most important components, or is contaminated with another type of waste, the end user is obliged to hand it over to a collection center, collection point or waste equipment processing facility.
